wonderful experience
clean room great location charming touch helpful staff
it was my first time and i would choose it again for another stay. the room was very clean and the location was great. the staff offered turkish tea or coffee with sesame bread rings every morning.. i found this touch really charming. the staff was very kind and helpful with constant smiles.
the elevator was a bit slow at times, but it was manageable.

amazing experience!!!
modern room panoramic view
i got a fantastic modern room with a panoramic view on the sixth floor of the annex building! the central river view was really a game changer! the daily room cleaning and decluttering were very consistent and great!
Accessibility was a problem. I was given a room in another building with a side alley entrance that did not look very nice! to reach the lifts, i had to climb about 25 steps, not ideal.

airport shuttles helpful suggestions homemade lemonade insufficient curtains low enclosure absent view
The staff assisted with my airport shuttles. They gave suggestions of places to visit in the city. I received a homemade lemonade after a hot day. This service felt personal. The rooms matched their descriptions online. There were great connections to the metro. It was easy to walk everywhere.
The curtains did not block enough light. I woke up early each morning because of this bright light. The shower enclosure was low, I bumped my head when I was not careful. My ground-floor room had no sea view, this was disappointing.

Really good stay
attentive staff spacious room accessible location
The staff was friendly and accommodating. the room I got was clean and quite spacious, offering more than enough room to relax. I found the location convenient. Many attractions were easily accessible, a real bonus. the view from my room WAS really good. It added a lot to the overall experience.
The walls were rather thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff
spacious room ideal location really good service
the room was spacious and included necessary amenities. i found the location ideal, every major attraction was within walking distance. i appreciated the really good service from the staff, especially ahmet, ömer, and kasim. they were professional and friendly ,and supportive.
the walls seemed thin , and i could hear conversations next door late at night.

The location was convenient. The bus stop was very close. The tram and Tünel were each about five minutes away by foot. This made getting to various areas easy! The front desk team gave great recommendations for value-for-money places nearby. The room was cleaned and decluttered daily, which I found helpful.
The curtains were not wide enough. The bright light woke me up early.
